"Blink" was one of the most important books I've read in my career. i can't recommend it highly enough, along with pretty much everything else Malcolm Gladwell has written.

Thanks for the list! I just ordered "What Clients Love: A Field Guide to Growing Your Business" and "Selling the Invisible: A Field Guide to Modern Marketing" for my kindle.

I've already read "Blink: The Power of Thinking Without Thinking", "The Tipping Point: How Little Things Can Make a Big Difference" and "World Wide Rave". All books I would highly recommend!
