Hi,
Quite an informative post indeed
If you want to save time, make a to-do list the night before and then update it throughout the day. Checking things off your list will also leave you feeling accomplished. However, project management and meetings are definitely important, but setting up a priority for such tasks for only a fixed period in a day is very beneficial.
